You agree thatthe Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any suchbreach or unauthorized use, and You agree to indemnify any and all resultingloss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorney's fees of theIndemnified Parties in connection therewith. PRGE and any party that provided trademarks, service marks, andlogos to PRGE retain all rights with respect to any of their respectivetrademarks, service marks, and logos appearing in the Site.

Security

PRGE will be entitledto monitor Your password and, at its discretion, require You to change it. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS PRGE FROM ANY CLAIMSRESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY PRGE DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITSINVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER PRGE OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

United States Only

By using the Site, You agree and acknowledge that the Site is hosted in theUnited States. Any claim or disputebetween You and PRGE that arises in whole or in part from Your use of the Siteor in connection with the Privacy Policy shall be decided exclusively by acourt of competent jurisdiction located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A. From time to time, PRGE may revise these TOS. To help you stay current ofany changes, PRGE takes the following two steps: (i) we note the date the TOSwas last updated below and (ii) when we make a change to these TOS, we willpost conspicuous announcements of such changes on the homepage of the Site for30 days following the date the TOS was updated. Your use of the Site followingthe posting of any revised TOS shall be deemed acceptance of the revised TOS.We strongly recommend checking TOS periodically. We may also, at our solediscretion and with no obligation to do so, provide notices and othercommunications to You by email or by postings within Your Account.
